What does the capped Booking Fee cover?

The Booking Fee payable at Renting checkout, is always capped to no more than 10% of the Rental Price, and it covers end-to-end support and technology for all Renter bookings. It is also in line with recent increases to general cost of business, yet still capped and part of our ongoing commitment to continuous provision of excellence.
