I paid by Card & my booking was Cancelled, how do I receive a Refund?

Not all Cancellations are automatically refunded. If your booking has been Cancelled within 14 days of the Rental Commencement Date, your cancelled booking will require investigation by the Designerex team. 

If the Cancellation was not due to a fault of your own, you will be refunded.

If you are entitled to a refund, and you paid by Card, this will be refunded back to the card you paid with.
