In the Renting section of Reservations in Your Dashboard, you will see the option to view the Tracking of your dress, or the option to submit the Tracking Number.
Entering Tracking numbers allows Lenders and Renters to keep track of their dress at every step of the way.
Once the numbers are entered, the designerex™ platform does the rest, including notifying you once your dress is in transit.
Tracking your dress can easily be viewed from your Dashboard, and if there is no tracking at that time, feel free to message your Lender closer to the date of your reservation, and request they enter the Tracking number for your dress.
Many times the Tracking number for the Return journey has also been entered by the Lender, but if not, and you know the Return Tracking number, you can enter it yourself.
