Shipping to an Airbnb, Hotel or Business Address

Last updated on 09 Jun, 2026

Yes, you can have your Designerex rental delivered to an Airbnb, hotel or business address. To avoid delays, failed delivery or parcels being returned to sender, it is important that the delivery details are entered correctly at checkout.

Shipping to an Airbnb

For Airbnb deliveries, simply enter the address as you normally would using the full street address provided by your host.

We recommend confirming with your host that parcels can be delivered to the property before placing your booking.

Shipping to a Hotel

If you are staying at a hotel, the hotel name must be entered in Address Line 1, with the hotel’s street address entered in Address Line 2.

Example:

Address Line 1: Hilton Brisbane Address Line 2: 190 Elizabeth Street Suburb: Brisbane State: QLD Postcode: 4000

If the hotel name is not included, Australia Post may be unable to correctly identify the delivery location and the parcel may be returned to sender.

We also recommend contacting the hotel directly before booking to ensure they are able to accept parcels on your behalf.

Shipping to a Business Address

For business deliveries, simply enter the business address as you normally would.

If applicable, you may also include the business name to assist with delivery.

Example:

Address Line 1: Designerex Address Line 2: Level 2, 123 Queen Street Suburb: Brisbane State: QLD Postcode: 4000

Important Information

Designerex and the lender are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or parcels returned to sender where incorrect or incomplete delivery information has been provided.

Please carefully review your shipping details before placing your booking.
